The brief
Long Reach Tactical teaches precision shooting and tactical skill, and sells the kit to go with it. It coaches civilian marksmen, instructs military, police and defence professionals, and runs as a registered firearms dealer. All of it is led by former Royal Marines Scout Snipers and Commando Medics. The problem was audience. A weekend sport shooter booking a rifle clinic and a defence buyer scoping a professional contract are not the same person, and the old site flattened them into one. LRT needed a home that could speak to both without either feeling like an afterthought, and a second, clinical site for LRT Medical, the trauma-care arm that supports the same world.
The work
Two sister sites built on one design system. The main site and LRT Medical share a brand voice (“taught with intent”), a component library and a visual language, but they’re routed and written so each reads for its own audience instead of bleeding into the other.
The coaching site organises everything into clear tracks: civilian coaching, professional and defence instruction, and the registered firearms business, each with its own pathway, cohort dates and enquiry route. The look is deliberately disciplined (dark, exact, no clutter), so the brand finally carries the same authority as the people behind it. LRT Medical sits alongside as a distinct, calmer space for the medical audience, visibly part of the same practice without borrowing the firearms context.
The system
- Two sites, one component library and one brand voice, built to stay visibly related without conflating their content.

- A dedicated LRT Medical home for the trauma-care arm, routed to read on its own terms.

- Hand-coded and fast: no template, no page-builder, schema throughout.
The result
A brand that reads as carefully as the instruction is delivered. The sport shooter and the defence client each land somewhere built for them, LRT Medical has a home that doesn’t fight the firearms work for attention, and the whole thing now looks like one practice with a clear hand on it.
