Personal data is a small part of running a studio. Here's exactly what's collected, why, and how to ask me to delete it.
Who I am
Good Measure is the trading name of O Durnford LTD, a UK private limited company registered in London, United Kingdom. Companies House registration number: 16291173.
What data this site collects
The site collects only what you give it when you submit the enquiry form on /start:
your name, email address, optional company name, a one-line summary of what you're building,
your budget range, your timeline, how you found me, and an optional free-text message.
Why I collect it
To reply to your enquiry and decide whether the work is a good fit. That's the only use. The data is never shared with third parties for marketing.
Where it's stored
Form submissions arrive as an email to [email protected]. Email is hosted by my email provider. The site itself runs on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps a short access log of requests for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
Analytics
Privacy-respecting analytics that don't drop cookies are planned (Plausible or Fathom). No cookie banner is required because no cookies are set.
How long it's kept
Enquiries that don't turn into work are deleted within six months. Enquiries that turn into client work are kept for the duration of the engagement and up to six years afterwards, in line with UK accounting record-keeping requirements.
Your rights
You can ask me to confirm what data I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and I'll handle it personally.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
